Welcome to the website of Zen Hypnosis Nonprofit Organization ("Zen Hypnosis", "we", "us"). By accessing our website, submitting an intake application, donating, or participating in educational or wellness sessions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Zen Hypnosis is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charity providing complementary, educational, and mind-body wellness services, including clinical hypnotherapy, meditation coaching, and peer support recovery principles.
Charitable sliding-scale and subsidized hypnotherapy services are provided based on community need, qualifying economic criteria, and organizational capacity. Zen Hypnosis reserves the right to evaluate applications and refer individuals to appropriate community mental health centers or clinical specialists if needs exceed our non-medical scope of practice.
Appointments scheduled through our portal or direct contact require mutual respect and adherence to scheduled times. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
Zen Hypnosis admits participants of any race, color, national or ethnic origin, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age to all programs, activities, and services made available to the public.
All financial contributions made to Zen Hypnosis are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). Official acknowledgment receipts are provided for all contributions.
